A listing video and a brand video are different jobs
Agents, hosts and small hotels post two kinds of video, and the rules for them differ. A listing video says: this is the property, and this is what you will see when you visit. A brand video says: this is the kind of home we sell, or the kind of stay we offer. The first is a factual claim about one address. The second is mood.
Generated video is useful for the second and dangerous for the first. Given one exterior photo, a model will happily produce a bright living room, a terrace at sunset and a sea view, because that is what villa ads usually contain. In a brand film for your agency that never names an address, invented interiors are set dressing. In a listing they misrepresent the property, and the buyer who books a viewing will see the difference within a minute of walking in.
