The season has five deadlines, not one
For a small shop, “the holidays” are a run of separate moments, each with its own message. Black Friday wants a discount. The first weeks of December want gift ideas. Then comes the last order date for delivery before Christmas, then your opening hours over the break, then the January sale. Miss one and the post you needed goes out late or not at all.
The awkward part is timing. The weeks when you most need fresh posts are the weeks when you are busiest packing, serving and restocking, and nobody has an afternoon for photos. The practical move is to do the camera work early, while the shop is quiet, and let one good photo carry the whole run.
