Decide the words before the picture
Most weak posters are weak because of the copy, not the image: too many lines, a discount that needs a footnote to be true, a headline that says nothing (“Big Sale!”). Write the words first and cut them down to three pieces, a headline, the offer and a call to action. Everything added after that gets smaller, and small text is where AI-rendered lettering is most likely to slip.
Type numbers exactly as they should appear, such as “20% OFF”, “$29” or “Ends Sunday”, and put them in quotes in your request. Don’t ask the model to work anything out. “A third off” might come back as 33%, 30% or something else entirely.
