Blurbly is a general-purpose AI image and video creation platform. We are committed to operating legally, ethically, and safely. This Content Policy sets out what is and is not permitted on our platform. Violations result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.
The following categories are strictly prohibited on Blurbly with no exceptions. Violations result in immediate and permanent account termination, preservation of relevant evidence, and reporting to competent authorities where required by applicable law.
It is absolutely prohibited to generate, upload, store, distribute, or attempt to generate any sexual content depicting minors (persons under 18 years of age), whether real, drawn, AI-generated, or otherwise. This includes content in which any person is depicted as a minor in a sexual context.
Blurbly complies with the PROTECT Our Children Act (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) and the TAKE IT DOWN Act (Public Law 119-12, 2025). Upon detecting or receiving a report of suspected CSAM, we may immediately restrict access to or remove the content, suspend or permanently terminate the relevant account, and preserve necessary records as permitted or required by law. Where required by applicable law, we will report the matter to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other competent authorities and cooperate with valid law-enforcement requests.
To report CSAM: [email protected] or use the in-platform report button.
It is absolutely prohibited to generate, upload, or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) — meaning sexual or intimate images of real, identifiable individuals created or distributed without their explicit consent. This includes:
We comply with the TAKE IT DOWN Act, which requires platforms to remove NCII within 48 hours of a verified request. We also honor requests submitted through the StopNCII.org hash-matching program.
To submit a NCII removal request: [email protected] with subject line "NCII Removal Request". We respond within 24 hours and remove confirmed NCII within 48 hours.
All users must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We do not provide adult-content features, and we do not permit any sexualized content, nudity, or adult material.
We implement prompt/inference-level blocks to prevent the generation of content depicting or implying the involvement of minors. Attempts to bypass these controls via jailbreaking, prompt injection, or other methods are prohibited.
In addition to the absolute prohibitions in Section 1, the following content is prohibited:
Blurbly strictly prohibits the generation, upload, storage, sharing, or distribution of pornography, sexually explicit content, nudity, erotic or fetish material, sexualized depictions, or any other adult material. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the content is fictional, synthetic, artistic, consensual, or depicts an adult. See our Terms of Service.
Attempts to evade these restrictions through prompt obfuscation, image uploads, model selection, prompt injection, or other means are prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
If you upload images to the platform as generation inputs (reference photos, style references, etc.), you represent and warrant that:
We reserve the right to scan uploaded images for CSAM using PhotoDNA hash-matching and other detection technologies. We permanently ban accounts uploading prohibited content.
If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it immediately. We take all reports seriously and investigate within 24 hours. Use our content report & takedown form or contact us via the channels below.
We respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. Send notices to [email protected] including: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material and its location on our platform, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, and your signature (physical or electronic).
We review and update this Content Policy regularly as laws and platform capabilities evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
