Topview behaves like a video editor with models attached
The Topview workflow starts like Blurbly's, with a product link, but what you get back is an editable draft. You can open it in a canvas, change it scene by scene, swap in an AI avatar who speaks with lip-sync in several languages, and pull from a broad set of image and video models. On paid plans some image models are listed as unlimited, and the Ultra plan includes 30 days of unlimited Seedance 2.5 at 720p, with Topview's own warning that "wait times may be lengthy".
Blurbly works more like a planner. It lays out the listing images and the UGC or motion ads for one product, shows the shot list and the credit cost, then generates; if one shot is off, you regenerate that shot. If you enjoy fine-tuning every cut of a video in an editor, Topview is built for that habit.
