Blurbly's plans are $9.90 a week, $19.90 a month or $69.90 a year as listed in October 2026, and one-time credit packs work without a subscription. That makes Blurbly the easier of the two to budget for a known job, though not the cheaper way to experiment.

A scented candle launch, and what our own test showed

Say you are launching a scented candle. In Pollo AI you could pick a model, try a few effect templates and get a clip that suits a social feed. You would then make the product listing images somewhere else, and check that the jar and label in the clip still match your real product.

We ran a version of this ourselves in Blurbly, starting from one photo of a fictional candle. A five-second 720p clip cost 330 credits. The amber jar and blank label stayed recognizable, but the clip changed framing around the third second although we had asked for one continuous shot, and the file contained an audio track we had asked it to leave out. Budget for that kind of retake in any tool, and check each clip against your brief before it goes into an ad.

When Pollo AI is the better pick
